No Refunds on Services

Due to the nature of our services, which include personalized, time-intensive counseling and healing sessions, all purchases are final, and no refunds are offered. We ask that you make sure to carefully consider your commitment before scheduling and purchasing any session, package, or program.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled session. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. You can contact us at wto rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing sufficient notice as outlined in our rescheduling policy, the session will be considered used and no refund or credit will be offered.
